The phone app comes from a store, the watch app comes as a file over a cable. Both are here, and each one says how it works and what it will ask of you later.

RuStore. If the store is not on your device, the APK sits next to it - but you will be installing its updates by hand.
Watch
Garmin
EZ Data Tracker records the jump with the barometer, GPS and accelerometer and sends the track to your logbook. There are builds for the Garmin fēnix 8 and the fēnix 7X Pro. Downloads are paused right now - a separate page explains why and what to do.
What is not here
Apple Watch and Wear OS are not supported. When they are, they will appear on this page - you will not have to hunt for an announcement.
