These terms govern the use of the "Exits" mobile app and the exits.zone website (the "Service"). By registering with the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Exits is a digital skydiving logbook: jump logging, gear tracking, dropzones, camps, statistics and media. The Service is provided "as is".

2. Account

• using the Service requires registration with an email address;
• you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure;
• you can delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

3. User content

• the entries, photos and videos you upload remain yours; you grant the Service the right to store and display them as part of its operation and within your privacy settings;
• uploading content that violates the law or the rights of third parties is prohibited;
• we may remove content that violates these terms.

4. Important safety notice

Skydiving involves risk to life and health. Exits is a record-keeping tool, not a source of official requirements. The Service's data (logbook entries, statistics, gear information) does not replace official documentation or the requirements of federations, dropzones and gear manufacturers, and cannot serve as a basis for decisions affecting jump safety.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for losses related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
